SERVICE DEPARTMENT

ALTA's service team is non-union and staffed with experienced service technicians who are factory and industry trained in all aspects of industrial refrigeration systems, equipment and controls.  Our technicians provide the best quality service in preventative maintenance, emergency service, repairs, and retrofits for all systems. Our service is performed on a timely basis with minimum system down time and interruptions.  Our service technicians are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and are highly trained in all aspects of refrigerating equipment.

Safety

ALTA Refrigeration requires its employees to undergo extensive training on the use and handling of hazardous materials.  We ensure that our personnel and subcontractors follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines. We adhere to all applicable safety and health regulations and work to keep workers and job sites as free from danger as possible.  We are devoted to strict conformance with health and safety issues as well as on-going training.
