SERVICE DEPARTMENT
ALTA's service team is non-union and staffed with
experienced service technicians who are factory and industry
trained in all aspects of industrial refrigeration systems,
equipment and controls. Our technicians provide the best
quality service in preventative maintenance, emergency service,
repairs, and retrofits for all systems. Our service is performed
on a timely basis with minimum system down time and
interruptions. Our service technicians are available 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week and are highly trained in all aspects of
refrigerating equipment. |
Preventative Maintenance ALTA offers custom preventative maintenance contracts designed to meet any customer’s system requirements. On a prearranged schedule, an experienced service technician will inspect and maintain your system(s). ALTA’s preventative maintenance program is cost effective and will help troubleshoot problems before they occur. Whether it is monthly inspections or a full service contract, ALTA has the right program for you. We also have a complete compressor rebuilding shop capable of handling any size or make of compressor. Our technicians are well qualified in giving you a factory spec rebuild, which can be performed in your plant or in our compressor rebuilding facility by factory trained and certified technicians. |

Safety ALTA Refrigeration requires its employees to undergo extensive training on the use and handling of hazardous materials. We ensure that our personnel and subcontractors follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines. We adhere to all applicable safety and health regulations and work to keep workers and job sites as free from danger as possible. We are devoted to strict conformance with health and safety issues as well as on-going training. |
PARTS DEPARTMENT
ALTA is committed to maintaining an extensive inventory of refrigeration parts and supplies. If the parts you need are not in stock, they will be available on short notice – one day in most cases.
